STUDIO POLICIES

1. Piano lessons and keyboard classes will be given each week unless specified on the calendar.

2. Advance notice absentees (at least 24 hours) for private lessons can be made up or skipped, but are not deducted from tuition. Make-up lessons are given when my regular schedule permits.
   
   Make-up classes for "Music Makers at the Keyboard" are not given due to the nature of the curriculum. Students may participate in another class, as a make-up, if class size permits.

3. Lessons or classes missed due to inclement weather will be made up during a holiday break, on a weekend, or during the last week in June, as schedules permit.

4. Tuition is paid by semester :
   Fall Semester: September – January
   Spring Semester: February – June
   

Keyboard class tuition, materials and registration must be paid in one payment prior to the first week of classes.       One Semester Tuition (16 Classes): $300 Materials (including two CDs, book and flashcards): $60 Registration (per family per year): $25

Private lessons may be paid in one or two installments per semester. Tuition is based on the lesson fee: $35 / Half-hour $45 / 45 minutes One Semester Tuition (18 Lessons):                              1 Payment       2 Payments Half-hour      $630             $320 45 Minutes    $810             $410

A 10% tuition discount applies to the second student of a household.

1. No refunds will be given.

2. Included in the price of private lessons are performance classes and the costs for the bi-annual concerts: rental of the concert space, programs, and refreshments.
   Not included are the costs of lesson books and fees required for participation in competitions, performances, and composition events.
